Well, the article I read, said, that some bacteria also feeds off of PO4.
Most of my sps look great, all my softies are thriving. Minus the xenia that I have halfway burried in the sand at the moment.
I really wish my qt tank had lights to sustain coral so I could qt it. But I only set it up for fish.
