Canister Filter

Could I get some opinions on the good and bad points between Magnum, Eheim and Fluval Canster filters for a 200+ gal application?

I have a 60 gallon with a Fluval 404. I like the filter for the most part. The aquastop makes it easy to remove the filter to clean it. I am using SeaChem Matrix in it and have had my nitrates drop from 2 down to 0.2. It is also a good place to put lots of filter floss in.
The only problem I have with this filter is it seems to collect air from somewhere and then it will spit it out. I don't know if the air is just being collected from the water or if I have an air leak somewhere. I have checked and there are no water leaks anywhere. I need to call Hagen and have them figure it out but I have not had time.
I don't think one would be enough for a 200 gallon though.

Sorry to steer the topic in the wrong dirrection, but ScubaMedic, when you clean/change your filter, and fill it back up, that is probably when you getting your air in, after its running, tip it to the side a little, and it should blow out all the air after a couple times, instead of having air coming out here and there. Also, I think some bubbles are probably getting caught in the prefilter sponge when you fill it. I have a 404 and a 304 on my FW tanks and I have the same problem....cs
