Canister filters and powerheads

Has anyone used a 350 Magnum filter? Does it filter really well? Also, what size powerhead do I need to create more circulation in my (20 gal) tank?

Go with Eheim canisters the 2213 would work great for your tank, then just add a small power head like an 202 or 302 both made by hagen!
