canopy top/stand ?

im looking to set up a 55g tank and found a used oak canopy top and stand in mint condition for sale for $199. worth it or just go buy new set up? (no tank)

Is the stand real wood, canopy also ?, if so hell yeah jump on it !!! if it's fake wood (particleboard) it's still a good price but I would never recommend particleboard to anyone It's not real sturdy water does not mix good with fake wood either .
Stands usually cost $160.00 and up !!!
canopies cost about the same !!!!
