Here's another one from the same forum but different person............
Yeah as far as the ghost stories go my uncle experienced one first hand. Back in Bosnia we had this road that went through the cliff (road was carved into it), and it was right on the lake so one side was water beating on it. This strech of road is about 50 feet, and there are no lights inside the tunnel. All you see it the faint light on the other side. Well during the world war 2 there were many people killed in that tunnel, and people were talking about seeing and hearing stuff that wasnt normal. Like 12 years ago my uncle was returning to his house on foot (he lived like 200 yards away from his work) around 2-3 oclock in the morning, and he had to pass through the tunnel. They found him the next day, around 5 in the afternoon when he stumbled from the woods onto the road. His hair was almost all grey ( he had black hair before ) and he was mumbling incoherently. It took him like 2 months to finally tell everyone what happened, because he said they would all think he was crazy if he told right away. He said that he was halfway through the tunnel when he heard something that sounded like hooves on the road, matching his walking speed. He would walk like 10 steps and turn around, and every time the hooves were going a little faster that his and getting closer. He thought someone was playing a joke on him, so he stopped turned around and yelled whoever it was to stop or he will double back and catch him.
He turned around to keep walking and all of a sudden something jumped up on his back, and he heard a very cold, voice whisper "If you turn around one more time, you are mine forever". He tried walking but he said that whatever was on his back weighed around 300 pounds, and he could see hooves and hair as he looked down wrapped around his waist. He knew that whatever was on his back wasnt human, and whatever it was started giggling and laughing as he was trying to walk. Regular walk would have taken him like 2 minutes, and he would have been out, but that night he says he was walking for 5 hours straight and he wasnt out the tunnel. At the moment he exited the tunnel he says that he was loosing conciousness, and he could hear a loud screaming coming from the thing on his back cursing him and yelling all sorts of things (personal information about his dead wife) and trying to get him to turn around and look at whatever was on him. Then the thing hopped off and he could hear laughing and two hooves hitting the pavement as the sound dissapeared back in the tunnel.
When he told that story nobody believed him but they said when they found him and took him to the doctor he had two large bruises on his hips. Whatever happened to him i know it completely changed him, before he used to joke and was a happy loud guy, but after this he rarely spoke, lost like 40 pounds and he died a year after that. Some people say he went crazy, but he was my uncle and i knew him before, totaly different person. I believe stuff like this exsists, and i wouldnt mess with it.

Last week, my Fiance went to speak to a person that is a Medium and is extremely sensitive to Paranormal activity. He told Trish that there was something inside her house and that it needed to go. So they came over her house last night at 7:30pm, and started a walk through. He told us later that he felt evil within the house. He told us that it wasn't a ghost that was in the house, it was a demon, and was controlling peoples actions in the house.
They started in the living room, and then walked through the bedrooms. Scott (the medium) walked first into Trish's parent's bedroom, and started to sweat like crazy, closed his eyes, and then stared at the bed. We all went down into the basement to discuss the types of events that happen within the house, and how evil Trish's mom is and how she doesn't remember saying or doing anything. The demon had possesed (sp?) Trish's grandfather, and that was the cause of his death, and his evil ways.
Anyway, after the discussion, the paranormal team went out to their vehicle and got their equipment to start doing the "cleansing" of the house. They did a complete walk through of the house with an infared camera, and saw nothing in the basement, kitchen, and living room. When they pointed the camera towards the hall to the bedroom, there were "orbs" flying around, moving left to right, and then they started sparkle and fall to the floor. So Scott, who is also an ordained Minister within the Baptist church, started to bless the house, starting in the basement. As he was blessing he said that the demon was becoming extremely angry, and didn't like their presence in the house. When we walked up the stairs and into the kitchen, the house was EXTREMELY warm, like around 100 degrees. Before they went into the bedroom to bless it, Jeff went into the room, and set up the infared camera on the dresser to watch the activity in the room, we

[hr]
saw the demon on the monitor sitting on the bed!!!! SCARIEST THING I'VE EVER SEEEN!!!
There were orbs flying around every where, and then they came together and formed the shape of a human, and it walked off the bed, and towards the camera. So they turn on all the lights, and go to finish the blessing of the house, saving that bedroom for last. At this point, the thermostat said it was 110 degrees in the house, and we walked into the bedroom. As we walked in, Trish's mother started crying, and then her body was slammed up against the wall, her eyes rolled back and her arms started to shake. Scott turned towards her, and put his hand on her forehead, and started a prayer and poured holy water on her head, and she fell to the ground.
He continued the blessing, and everything just stopped, and the house started to cool down. He said it was gone, and to show us he went through the house again with the infared camera, and there was nothing there, no orbs or nothing. Weird. They are going to give us a copy of the recording, and they are also putting it on their website www.miparahaunt.com
For the first time, Trish's mother was actually really nice to me last night, and she hugged me and told me that she's sorry for saying all of the mean things to me. She use to tell me that I'm the devil, and that she hopes that I die.

I'm loving all of these stories, I am just glad I have been reading them in the daytime! Anyway, I have two short stories of things that have happened to me & my family since my cousin died. He was only 10 and killed in a car accident.
The first thing happened the night he died. My father was home with my two younger brothers while my mother was at the hospital with her sister (it was her son which died. I lived with my grandparents.) My dad said at around 5:00 am he heard the boys' door open and slam shut. He knew it was closed before this as he shut it after putting the boys to sleep. A minute or two later my mom called and said Anthony was gone.
The next thing happened to me a week later, I was still very upset (and am still after 6.5 years) about losing Anthony. My whole family is very close, so his death really shook everyone up. Anyway, I had a dream about Anthony. It was just his face, he was happy and smiling. I knew then that he was ok, and made it to Heaven just fine. It got a little easier after that, but still hurts.
The last thing was about a year and a half after his death. I was going to get my drivers license that day after school. I had always been really good with not losing my permit, and when I checked my wallet it was gone! I looked everywhere for it! The bathroom, my room, my closet, the spare bedroom, kitchen...everywhere. I was in my room again doing one last look over before I was just going to forget about it, when I saw a small figure walk from the bathroom to the spare room. I stood frozen still in the same spot for about 5 minutes, my house was eerily quiet. I finally peeked out my bedroom door, walked slowly to the spare bedroom and I kid you not my permit was sitting there perfectly straight on the couch. I picked it up, said "Thank you" and walked out. But I am still a little weirded out about that.

Well when I was about 3. My grandpa used to take my cousins and I to the lagoon by his house. He would always tell us to not go past the water markers because of the drop offs! Well being the little rebel I was... I went past the markers and with my luck I fell right in to a drop off. The next thing I could remember was seeing a beam of light shining down towards me. When I looked up I saw beautiful fish, the kind you would see while snorkeling in a reef... keep in mind I am inside a disgusting lagoon and the only actual fish inside are mud suckers! Of course I wanted to touch the beautiful fish so I started to reach up towards the fish and the light... all I could remember after that was my grandpa giving me CPR... maybe this was a near death experience or maybe I was just seeing things...who knows.

My father-in-law was sticken with a stroke and was not doing well at all. I lived in Hawaii at the time and could not leave but my wife went to be with him. The day she left, I went to the store and bought a couple of "red" Hibiscus plants. A couple days later I was watering the plants and felt a very strange feeling pass by me. I also noticed that the "red" plants I bought actually were yellow as they were in full bloom. At that moment the phone rang, it was my wife telling me that her dad had passed.
His favorite color was Yellow.

My great uncle and aunt used to live in an old house in the middle of nowhere, SE Texas. Deep in the woods. No idea what the history is on the house...
Anyway, for years they had weird stuff happen in the house that they would talk about... I never went there but many of my family (I've got a large family) had... Most of them had seen lights in rooms go on or off, TV like to switch channels, rocking chair would rock... etc.
Anyway, a few years ago they started seeing an old woman in the house. They got to calling her the little old lady. They would be out in the yard and see her looking out the window, or see her walk down the hall, see her for a few seconds in the rocking chair, etc. They were fine with it.. she seemed like "just an old lady".
They decided to sell the house abruptly last year... which was weird cause they had lived there forever, house was on hundreds of acres of land, they loved the place. So I asked what was up?
They told me they knew they had to sell the house after the tv started turning off and in the reflection of it they would see the little old woman holding a knife.

I recently moved into a new apartment. One morning I woke up to some noise and a sharp pain on my forehead. Odd thing is, I didn't move, I just laid there in bed. You know when you're like half-asleep, half-awake, you can notice things but can't really do anything about them untill you're completely awake? I felt like that, still in some dream world, detached from my body. Anyways, it took me a while to actually open my eyes and figure out what had happened. I noticed the clock was exactly 5 a.m., a slight hum from my aquarium, and scanning the room I notice one of my dad's old paintings on the floor. I put my hand to my forehead because it hurts really bad and feel something wet. I was bleeding. So I turn on a light and check my head....ping-pong ball sized knot and a winding stream of blood down my face. I look at the painting again and the wall where it used to hang.....the hook that was holding it up had ripped itself out of the wall somehow. Normally, I wouldn't give much thought to this, but as some of you may have noticed, I'm paranoid.....about damn near everything. So I was paranoid this painting would let go and plummet 6 foot down my wall onto my head while I was happily, warmly sleeping. So I go out and find something to ease my mind, overkill for the situation. I found it - a 30lb picture hanging hook. So I go home, weigh my painting, and follow the directions for mounting the hook to the "T". The hook held it for about 3 weeks or so too, odd thing was my painting only weighed 5 lbs.
