Can't get my cowfish to eat :(

I got a cowfish on wed and I have yet to get him to eat! He doesn't seem interested in anything I have offered. I have tried sprinkling flakes, brine shrimp, squid, & octopus. I have even tried putting the food on a feeding stick so it can't float away from him. He swam up to it, but swam away and didn't seem interested in it after that. Now he has ick, which i am treating him for, but i am scared he is just going to starve.
I would love ANY suggestions.

How are you treating the ich? How long have you had him?

I got him on wed.
I am raising the temp and lowering the salinity. Plus I got a couple skunk shrimp in hopes they will work on eating parasites off of him. I am going to get some garlic for him to soak his food in, but if I can't get him to eat that isn't going to help me much.

Don't raise the temp. That doesn't do anything to treat parasites, and it may cause the fish stress.
Are you planning to do hyyposalinity? Is the fish in a quarantine tank?
I would not worry too much at this point about him not eating. As long as he is holding up well, breathing good, swimming well.
