Cant Stand The Skimmer Any More!!!

MY turboflotor makes more noise then foam! Its the noisiest thing in my house! I keep twisting and turning the dam thing but it doesn't help. How can I make this thing quiet????????

HOLY CRAP! Dude, I just took apart the skimmer and put it back together and its EXTREMELY quiet now!!
