These websites and the announcements from frank Baensch in FAMA last month showed that these fish can be cultured, but so far the clutches are real small (like 100fish). Anyway give it time,
Quick question would you pay approx $100 for a tank raised flame angel?

To do my part, I think I would. Would definitely have to save up for it for a while, but I figure every one of those bought is better. Thanks for the info.

My LFS owner was in an aquarium magazine approx 10 years ago detailing his successful breeding and rearing of flame angels. I'll see if I can find some info on it. if not i'll look at the article he has mounted behind the register at his shop.
