carbon......when and how

more so how. I plan to run it one week a month or so just to shine up my water a little. How do I go about it. i have a sump, so should I just thrown it in a filter sock and put it in one of the chambers or is there another special trick I should know about?

no secret that I know , I just throw it in a filter sock and put it in a AQ70 filter hang it on the back with some filter floss and let it go to work , I change it about once a month

I ma sure some one else may have a better way , but this works for me
