Caribsea Ocean Direct Live Sand?

I'm planning on getting this livesand for my aquarium, what are your thoughts on it?
I heard there are ways to kill all the benifitial bacteria on it by simply adding the sand a day too early; is this true?

Only brand of sand I have ever used and I have no complaints.

good stuff i have had three tanks and they have all bee caribsea brand sand what i do is buy half and half i get half caribsea dry sand and seed it with the live works great.

i think that is a lovely brand and i have never heard of killing the bacteria if you put it in to soon.
