Ok I have a 75 gallon reef ready tank and I’m starting to have a problem with my CaribSea Arag-Alive Bahama Oolite Sand. I have allot of sand partials in the water what can I do about this problem? I don't have any power heads blowing on sand. I’m thinking about putting bigger sand over this sand. The Oolite has been in my tank for 1 1/2 years. please help

If the sand is blowing around the tank, then you there's current carrying it. The power-head may not be pointing directly at the sand, but it's bouncing off of something and returning to the sand stronger than it should. Placing larger and heavier sand on top of this one is not a good idea because you'd be trapping the current sand underneath. You want things to breathe as much as possible in the tank.
