well i guys i didnt go with a 55g but went with a 90g (according to lfs) wave tank. really awsome. im getting a 20g to make as refugium! im really excited. as you may know my 29g, im going to put everything from that tank in here. in my beliefs i think this tank will be done by end of May beginning of June. ima run Metal Halide fixture. but still looking for used MH. if you know any brands that are good LMK.

Sweet! I love the curvy glass tanks. I have a 72gal bowfront, but I can't afford to set it up yet...

or what will be some good t5 lights for this tank?
i wanna keep mostly some sps but alot of lps and softies!

henry i have a question tho, which lights will be good for this tank?
i wanna have a fixture setup not just metal halides. and if so with retro MH how many 175w would i need to have in this 4 feet tank.

ok well i finally came to a solution but it might change but im sticking with this.
*ima end up using the canopy so ima transfer the MH 175watt i have in my 29g to the 90g.
*buy another reflector and 175w bulb since i have another ballast for a 175w.
*and buy this t5 retro kit (bulbs ATI im guessing?)

sounds good? bulbs will be one 20k that i have now in my MH and the other 14k from phoenix.
