Carnation coral

How do you take care of a pink Carnation coral? I have my eyes set on one. Heard that's it's difficult. Why? I know that you needed to feed it a lot. Should it be everyday? Would a nano 12 gallon tank be big enough? How much lighting? How should the water flow be set on? Like direct on the coral?
Any advice would be helpful.

No lighting. Extreme amounts of food and light flow and they are easy.
Hard part is feeding such extreme with keeping water quality good.

How much feeding? Everyday, couple times a day?
How should I place it? On rock or sand?

Pretty much they need a nonstop drip of phytoplankton which is impossible unless you want a tank covered in algea, I wouldn't try it as very few people have been successful and I don't know of anyone longterm keeping them.

Almost no one can keep them alive from what I understand. They do not require light and they require feeding at least 2-3 times per day. I read that they should get phytoplankton during the day and a host of live micro plankton at night. In a 12 gallon I think it would be wise not to because you could contaminate and pollute your tank quite easily.
