Carnivorous reefsfe fish????????

what is a reef safe eel that wont eat smaller fish such as a firefish goby?
if their isnt is their any other fish that is carnivorous but peacful?(i know its contridicting XD)
another one of my choices was a filefish

A snowflake is about the safest eel you'll find. I heard lots of people keep them in reef tanks and I've had one in mine for about a month and it never ate any of my CUC.

Ribbon eel, but not recommended to keep. very low survival rate. snowflake is probably the next safest
