Carpet sending cloud signals

My Green Carpet that I have had for two years has been on the move for the last few days. Tonight I notice he is clouding my 200 gallon tank with some sort of cloud spewing forth from his mouth... Anybody have any experience with this? I have not been able to find any literature on this, so some help would be appreciated...

In the case of females, the eggs are colored spheres
about the size of poppy or small sesame seeds; in the case of males, the sperm is a lightcolored cloud that looks a lot like smoke.
If the cloud had any dark color to it then it might be something other than a reproductive act, and could be taken as a bad sign.

I had just noticed that almost a week had gone by and this post didn't have any replies.
( :thinking: They'll probably tell me same thing over there to a post that I added a link to this board that had an answer to someone's question).
