Are their divers that you know of that go into that area still that could bring some up?

I do not know of any divers since my world revolves around Portland....not Seattle. It is, however, illegal to collect anything for someone else without proper permits.....personal use only.

I sold the seahorses seperately when I broke down the system.....so, they were not apart of what I got back.
