How would you catch a red flame hawk. it last week got a taste of 20$ cleaner shrimp. feeding tank every 3 days. but rodney likes the good stuff. would rather have shrimp running around .

there are many ways to catch a fish
1. you can isolate it by separating your tank and have him in a corner than catch him so he cant escape.
2. you can take out any obstacles and than just try and catch him strait up
3.(The Weird Way) they make a liquid that i saw on a particular website that sells a liquid that you give it to your fish and it actually passes them out for like a half an hour. I personally have never tried it and probably never would but its just a suggestion if u r interested.

I lost 1 powder blue after 2 weeks. but all is running top end!!

find his favorite perching spot and put the net next to it for a few days he'll get used to it then you could put food in the net and when he goes for it baaam get him.
worked twice for me with damsels ...better then the cyanide trick above...lol
