Yes on both accounts.... Just make sure the caulerpa doesn't get out of control and overun your corals. The mangrove just needs to stay away from BURNING lights

Thanks - but any negative to this , then why do most do a refugeium and by the way what size tank do you have, I have 90

I don't know about other people, but I keep the caulerpa in a refugium because it would end up taking over the tank. It grows like crazy and the roots get in the lr and spread. Soon the number of plants would be overwhelming. Someone else probably has other reasons for keeping it in a refugium, but that is why I do.
Finland is correct on the caulerpa...the Mangroves are usually kept in a refuge due to the fact they have to grow out of the water. If you are intending on putting them in your display tank, ensure there is enough room between the water surface and your lights to accomondate this.
