CB Shrimp Missing Arm

Came home tonite to find my Coral Banded Shrimp is missing one arm. I don't see it anywhere in teh tank. He is moving about ok, especially at feeding time, but he looks wierd with only one upraised arm and claw. Will he grow a new arm? Any idea how he could have lost it? I only have a few Butterfly fish, a few Cleaner Shrimp, a few Emerald Crabs, snails and one fairly large Brittle Star. All of the inhabitants have been in for 3 - 9 months without prior incidents. Could any of these fought with him? Could he have stuck it into a powerhead? Any idea what his prognosis might be?
Thanks

He should be fine, as long as he's got something to eat with he'll be ok.
Not sure if they regrow them or not but doesn't sound like any of the tank mates would be the kind to mess with him.

I am absolutely amazed. This morning my CB shrimp has his second arm back! What's amazing is that it looks almost identical to the other, upraised claw and all. How did it grow so fast? I'm sure I saw him within the past few days and he only had one. I did see the transluscent remains of a molt by the filter intake, but I'm surprised that the new arm came back so soon.
