1.023...everything else tests the same as always, except nitrate which I am all out of Nitrate test kit so I'm not sure where that is right now.

This may seem silly but did you see the Shrimp with the claws missing or did you just see parts around your tank? Maybe he is just molting...
I dont know...we are talking about a Coral Banded Shrimp right?

Yes they can lose their claws...its a defence mechanism kinda like how a lizard loses his tail...they'll grow back in a few weeks...if he's healthy
