CC to LS

well after a year i decided to make the switch..only thing i didnt count on was my water looking like milk! i figured id have some cloudiness so i only did half the tank today and was gonna wait a day or two the other half... but right now im just hopin my fish hang in there till this water clears up! anyone have any suggestions? to help get this milk cloud to go away or do i just wait it out? i think when i do the other side im gonna take the tip that i read on one of the threads and buy a piece of acrylic to fit in the tank and block off the water flow so that its just one side that is insanely cloudy. i guess the question of this thread is will my fish be ok till it clears?

well eventhough i didnt get any responses..its now morning and the milkiness is gone and its just a little cloudy now but no big deal and no fish loss...just cant wait to start the other half sometime later this week...*sarcasm*

should have done a search on this site, there are millions of posts on the same topic. Ive seen like 3 or 4 posts just last week on CC vs LS...I usually can find any answer to my questions by searching for it :joy: :joy:

yeah i did do a search on the site and did find most of the answers i was looking for..just not anything specific on whether the fish would be ok with the way the water was..
