Have fairly new tank , live rock, live sand about 10 weeks into set up. I have discover this centipede looking thing about 3 inches long slithering in my rock tonight. Can someone help Identify ! is it good or bad ?

Only three inches, he is still a little one. I have pulled out eight to 10 inch ones. Do not grab them with your hand for when you grab them the bristles will get stuck into your skin causing it to itch and had to swell some. Always use tweesers if you have to touch them. They are good deturis eaters.
