not a good idea, it needs flow through it, and the strings can get into pumps, filters, etc and clog them up.

I usually just throw it away or give it away...to local people though...Shipping is what cost...Def worth the shipping on that though...

i have given away bags to a few friends, or with trades to locals. or sold them bags for much cheaper.
my fuge is custom built to be as large as possibly under my 150, so it is about a 30 gallon grow-out section, under a swirly flourescent. the stuff goes so fast i have re-accumulated almost all that i have sold since i started this thread. everyone i have shipped to has recieved the cheato alive and was very happy with it.
