Thanks alot. She is doing great. She thought she was having a stroke. She is 66 years old. Here it turned out to be a serious inner ear infection and she was experiencing virtigo...But they are keeping her overnight.. So all should be ok.
The chaeto was shipped out this early afternoon after I posted the issue. So Shiby seeing how you are across my state, you should have yours by tomorrow. My wife sent them all priority mail.
Keep me posted when you get them. I didn't send them in ziplock baggies. I used regular pet store plastic bags and bubble rapped them. But the chaeto is what would be in a ziplock bag.. You should be happy with it.. I grow this stuff like a weed in my fuge with just a normal home depot 6500k 19watt Compact Flourescent light. So you guys should be able to do the same I am sure...

I'm soo glad to hear the great news about your mom!! I know what it's like to experience inner ear stuff :yes: ... It is not fun at all!!
I was wrestling around with a friend in a pool a few years back and he hit my ear with his arm accidentally and it popped my ear drum .. but the whole is very deep in the ear... it is so deep and so low blood flow there that I have 2 unsuccessful operations on it.
That is not fun because water = ear plug.. anyways I remember after the surgeries how all the equilibrium is thrown off and I couldn't even chew it was soo bad!!
I hope she feels better.... I definately know what she is feelin'!!

they will have to dry 8 hours tho... any suggestions what I should do with the chaeto if I can't add it until say midnight??
Oh yeah when you talk about the light bulb should it say on it somewhere that it is 6500k?? I just bought one off of ---- with a fixture and stuff it is just like a shop light... I think i got ripped off royally but everytime I went to H/D they were like.. ahh I don't know about that whole kelvin thing... but here is a plant light... but it wasn't the right thing... anyways the bulb that the guy sent me was spiral.. and supposedly he said its a 6500k 75w pc... is this true?

The cheato you just let it float. It will then spread like mad... Thanks for the concerns. Shiby, you should have gotten your cheato yesterday? If Faux got it and he is in Florida? I hope you got it? Please let me know?

OH yeah about the Home Depot bulb. It comes in a light blue package. It says comercial electric on it. If you do a search here on fuge bulb it might come up... But again, it is a spiral bulb and says daylight bulb on the package.. You can't miss it. If not there, try lowes.. But for $7.00. My cheato grows like weeds under this lighting... Just my two cents... THanks...

Yes spankey I got my chaeto yesterday.. that would be thursday.. it looks great I can see some little critters...ar the little brown guys are they pods?? and should I keep my prefilter on my pump or will the pods get stuck in them??
