Well the chalk basslet in my 29G is not feeling too good.......It is in a cave just hangin out......No visible marks, no labored breathing

I had noticed the last couple of weeks it has not been as aggressive as usual...every morning when I feed the tank, I fed it a piece of scallop off a feeding stick....and the last 2 weeks it has only wanted it 1-2 times....
I actually thought it would be dead when I came home tonight, but it is in the exact same spot...everything else in the tank is fine
sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....this is the aprt of the hobby I hate

Awww, I'm sorry. It's sad when you lose a fish. I lost my first fish that I put in my 55 last week. It was my goby.

YES, they normally hang out in caves....but not 24/7.....I have had this guy since August 2009...and I can tell something is not right.....I do feed different foods.....mysis, emerald entree...and an H20 mix....the scallop is his treat

you guys know how I love to "hand" feed my fishies

I keep getting kicked off SWF

ANYWAY....I will try this ONE MORE TIME.....It is very difficult to get a pic cause when I use the flash it reflects off the back of its eye making it look enlarged.....I can tell you this for a fact....IT DOES NOT have pop-eye.....I got it to turn around once and its eyes are fine...I just wanted to show you how it is hanging out in the cave
