changed bulbs and coraline is turning white

I changed my PC bulbs 4 days ago and now my coraline is turning white. Will cutting back the amount of time the lights are on help?

I read somewhere on this forum someone switched to MH and the same happened but the color came right back in a week or two i think they said.

When you changed out the bulbs, did you change'em all at once? That's probably what did it. Your supposed to change a few at a time. You bascially went from older bulbs giving out less par to a new bulb with full par. With just a few at a time, you give'em time to adjust. :happyfish

Thanks, I didn't know that. It's the first time I've changed the bulbs. Do you think the color will come back to the coraline?

When i switched from PC to MH some of my coralline turned white. The color started coming back in a week or 2.

Yea they'll come back. It shouldn't take very long for them to come back. Just keep your Calcium and Alkaline in check and you should be just fine... :happyfish
