changing actinic bulbs

IMO, If you use actinics mainly for blue color then they dont need to be changed if the color is still good...Corals and other photosynthetic animals dont really use the low wavelengths for health and growth.....they need mainly the spectrums of around 6500 - 10000K....the white bulbs and Im guessing there PCs or T5 should be changed around 6 mth for PCs and 12 mths for T5...if it fish only, then no need to change them either....others may have different thoughts so please get more opinions
