Changing Emperor Angel for my Tank?

G'afternoon SWF,
I just went to my LFS, and I saw a kind of beat up Changing Emperor Angel. I was thinking I can probably bargain with the owner and get it for possibly $40-$50. I feel bad for it and I'm pretty sure I can save it. Anyways, I was wondering if it would be a suitable fit for my tank. Here is what I have:
110 Gal Tank
1 - AquaC Remora Pro Skimmer
2 - Fluval 405 Canister Filters
2 - MJ 1200 PowerHeads
100lbs Live Rock (Looking to get more)
1 - FoxFace Lo
3 - Green Chromis
2 - False Perc Clowns
1 - Pink/Blue Shrimp Goby
1 - Bangai Cardinal
1 - Sally Foot Crab
1 - Cleaner Shrimp
5 - Hermits
1 - Turbo Snail
I basically want to find out if the Emperor would Harass my Clowns and my FoxFace.
Your feedback is much appreciated.

Yeah, long term your tank is a little small. Unless you plan to upgrade sometime over the next year or so, depending on how small the angel is. They're not incredibly fast growers.

I believe the Angelfish is about 4 to 5 inches at most. I have a Long tank, so I'm assuming it should be ok until I upgrade in a few years. But as far as compatibility with my other fish, is it ok?
Or should I just settle for, hmmm a Magnificent FoxFace? But $85 for a Magnificent is a bit steep, considering i already have a regular foxface. I want a bit of variety

-wats wrong with the emeror in the lfs?
- if your considering to get the emperor, the biggest concern imo is if its eating well and is not skinny. and make shure that the angel is swimming normal and active and seems interested in its surroundings and you

It looks like the emperor got beat up somehow. I wanted to ask, but I wasn't ready to bargain haha. I'm sure it will be there again this week. It does not look skinny, and looks to be swimming fine. Looks like some of the fins are torn, but i'm sure they will grow back. I do want to make sure it is not Fin Rot or anything.
So i'm assuming the Angel would not harass my Clowns or FoxFace?

well, it sounds like he got in a fight with probably another angel and lost. but if he is still eating and has no signs of infection/disease, then i would easily overlook a torn fin or bit fin. i would ask to put the angel on hold for a couple of days to see if he is making a comeback, if he is in worse shape.

na he shouldnt mess with clown or the foxface. but you may have a tough time adding fish after he is established and has dominated the tank, best added as the last fish, and if not than as juveniles

No Corals, not planning on doing that anytime soon. So is a Semi Changing Emperor Angel still considered a Juvi? I will be headed to the LFS today so check it out and to see if it's even still there. Another LFS i believe has a French Juvi angel, it looks nice too. Didn't ask the price yet though.
I will give you an update
Thanks for all your feedback.

Dude if you like him and want to nurse him back to health, I say go for it. How does he look aside from being beat up...does he have nice color?

I just got back from that LFS, and it looks like that changing Emperor Angelfish is not looking too good. It looks like the fins are all cloudy, maybe fin rot? But yah, they are still selling it for $70, so i decided to pass. I visited another LFS, and I saw a Medium size French Angel for $50. It looks great. I'm curious if I should snag that one. What does everyone think?
