Changing MH bulbs

Do i need to acclimate the new bulbs to my corals? Should i change 1 at a time? I have 2 150w 14k HQI in my Sunpod. They are about 9 months old.

I would probably do one at a time so that you don't risk bleaching your corals.

After i change one, how long should i wait before changing the other?
