cheap atinic lights?

Ok I want to build these as cheap as possible. Any ideas? Do you like I could go to home spot and get some overhead fluorescent lights and adapt them to my tank?

We did the DIY T5's with GLO ballasts. I think it cost us all of $30 for the ballast and 2 bulbs.

hows this for cheap, got some fixtures for a freash water tank and just added a atinic bulb for $17.99.
the wavepoints I have is a 4 lamp system but no atinic only or moonlights. So I took the freshwater light fixture and made one, adding moonlights later.

Ok DIY t-5 that's what I am thinking what is that glo ballast you speak of.
