I did not even think of that, but hey good idea. I was talking about putting the 24" light on one side of my 55gal and get a 2nd 24" light to go on the other side latter. Of course it doesn't really matter now because I decided I want a 30" to cover the whole top of my 29gal.

For a 55 I would just get the 48" light it would be better.
And that light is alright with 3 cords and all but the actinic is fake if its blue and its turned off then its fake.

I should of put it would work fine since your gonna turn it into a sump and fuge it would be alright for that but I wouldnt use the actinic for a reef just because it isnt the same spectrum as a real actinic is.
But for a fuge it would be fine.

Im finally ordering my Odyssea light tonight for my 55gal. Hey snipe are the actinics on the odyssea model real, i know the old jebo actinics are fake.
I cant wait im so excited, next week im ordering a protein skimmer....then its CORAL TIME!! :happy: :cheer: :joy: :happy:

They are real. Therey pretty awsome lights I really like them. There very well put together and there very well made completely out of metal except the end peices.
