cheap upgrade of light

hello all, i have a 65 gal., reef ready tank, lots of live rock, etc. my lighting is not sufficient for most corals. have 36" flou. bulbs, one 10,000K and the other actinic, the both fit into my hood. now, i understand i need between 2-5 watts per gallon of water. my total combined wattage is only 60. my childens college fund is going into the tank but i really want some coral. are there 36" bulbs that give out more watts? what other CHEAP options do i have. thanks in advance.
