What this on my LR, its hard in shape

Is this good algae

This is my tank 55g.
I have 3 power heads two facing each other on top
and one on the bottom, is this enough water movement.

Hard to tell from the pic exactly what that is...but there is a lot of things that appear on LR, most of which is nothing to worry about. The 2nd pic might be cyanobacteria. Is it like hairy and scrups off easy?
You might want to add another PH at the bottom.

It's haed to tell, but pic 1 looks like it might be a type of foraminiferands. A harmless filter feeder.
