I have a small bristle worm in my tank. I think its only maybe an inch if that. It is in a hole in a small piece of rubble rock but it never comes completely out of the hole. The rock was in my sump/refugium but I took the rock and put it in my main display tank. I'm hoping to get a better look at it and that it will grow bigger. There is also a very small feather duster on that rock. The neat thing is that it has a bright red feather. All my other feather disters have white feathers.

I don;t think I have any hitch Hikers as of yet with any of the live rock I have bought. At least I am not seeing any. I thought I saw something that looked like a centipede once but havent seen it since. Maybe it got ate?

I have not had any issues with them. They do real good about cleaning up food that slipps intorock crevices or under rocks that the shrimp.fish, crabs don't find.

Wow. THAT is gross. :scared:
They're good scavengers. I've got one too.
Just don't touch it....you'll get a bad burny-bumpy mess.
Crike - I have one that hides in a coral rock - sometimes I can see him poking his head out around feeding time. Watch for yours when u feed your tank...they smell food and they come a-runnin'.

Mine don't come out during feeding time....They come out when the lights goes out and the moon lights comes on...I guess they're shy... :happyfish
