Did you guys read the load of bull he states in the description!!:D
#1 Grows to the size of your tank!
#2 Eats Goldfish
#3 Needs a 150 gallon tank!
On the flip side, 400-500 bucks would be a great deal on a black tip. But after hearing him talk (reading) I dont think I'd trust him to ship.

I agree, he said that a black tip shark grows over 5 feet but a black tip REEF shark wont grow as big, come on! And the he post the pic of that shark that is bigger that looks bigger than a 150, I think someome should tell him something! I wouldnt like to see some guy buying it for his 125.:(

Well, he did state that the picture was not of the actual shark. But that shark does not look like a black tip reef to me anyway.
Either way, I dropped him a quick note:D We'll have to see if he responds.

Look closely at the pic he posted, I believe that it was taken at an underwater feeding in the carribean. I believe you can see a diver and bubbles in the back.

he mentioned it was not his tank, looks like the bahamas, since I only believe its like the only legal place for shark feedings

The pic is of a Blacktip Shark (Carcharhinus limbatus), not a Blacktip Reef Shark (Carcharhinus melanopterus)...
Sweet spelling, huh?

I wrote him and told him he should change his description. I said that anyone who was serious enough to buy this shark, would know that alot of what he was saying was untrue.
Here's the things I disputed:
A: Goldfish are not part of their natural diet, and should not be fed regularly
B: that they will not grow to the size of the tank.
C: A 150 is no where near big enough.
His reply, along with some other bs.
A: Thats not all I feed, but they are cheaper.
B: Yes they do, all fish do.
C: I've seen them kept in 30 gallon tanks, I don't agree with it, but I have seen it. A 150 is plenty.

I think Kim may be a guy. When I emailed, I asked if it was male/female, he/she stated that they did not know how to tell the difference. I explained it to them, and they have since edited their description. It seems that there are now 2 sharks for sale. 1 male and one female.

What a f---ing jerk, these are some of the people that should be left out of the hobby by law, thats cruelty to animals, man that guy goes perfectly with my signature below.
