Gee it almost looks like the real thing! I can understand why people would think that!

Yes it's a plate coral. It's very pretty irridescent green tentacles. It was locally propogated.

i have often seen mine molt (about 3 times a year) it is awsome!! for some reasion mine molts in the front of the tank durring the day. not sure why but i dont care.....
