I have used it on freshwater tanks, with good results. never used it in marine aquaria though.

Set it up with my new tank. Everything has been great ever since. Knock on wood, no deaths or any water problems. All my levels are always perfect.

question for users,
When you first introdue the chem pure does your water look really really cloudy? I put it in filter last night today my water is very cloudy. I am very worried I have lots of corals? What should I do?

Mine didnt.....just give it a rinse and toss it in. No cloudiness in my tank from it.

I rinsed it last night right before I put it in the tank. TOday it is very cloudy. I took it out this morning. what else should I do. SHould I run some carbon. this is a reef tank so I really don't like cloudy
