Well Chemi Pure is activated carbon, it's just a brand.
 
I prefer Chemi Pure Elite to anything else that is on the market.

Okay, now after the last post where I just told you to have a drink, now I really mean it Meowzer.
 
Chemi Pure Elite.
 
here's the difference between the two:
both are activated carbon, however, the "elite" version has a phosphate remover added to it.
 
Chemi Pure and Chemi Pure Elite are a little bit more money than other activated carbons on the market, but they last much longer, so it's worth it.
