Chemi-Pure?

This is my first time using Chemi-Pure, but I wanted to ask.

I just received my online order of Grande Chemi-pure 40oz and (3) individual 10oz Chemi-pure bottles. The seal on the 40oz bottle was not attached to the jug when I opened it. When I pulled the bag out, it was moist and looked used. The stuff in the bag was 90% black and 10% brown, it looked exhausted. As well, the 3 of the 10oz bags looked the same way and yet one bottle was not sealed either. So, I don't know if it's supposed to look that way or if someone is trying to sabotage my order. BTW..its not the first time, I received an order of salt that was half missing...hmmmm

Not sure my one was open other was sealed......
They are wet, there is ION in it that is the brown I think it slimy kinda?
Rinse it, if its black when first rinse then not used.

Cool! When I opened it up and saw and felt that the bag was moist and too me look used. So that's normal? It's black and slightly brown. I can put the bag in my sump without fear of harming the community?

I think its normal since my chemi-pure was wet and had that ion stuff. You should rinse in water before you use it. Black will come out of bag when rinsed IF its new. Mine had lots of black come out when rinsed.
If the rinse doesnt have black come out it might be used.
The sump is ok, it should be where water moves.
