Ok so I have heard a lot about cherry clams from the grocery store.... (not sure if this is the technical name) .... I have read they keep the nitrates down ( the one thing I struggle with ) ... can anyone tell me abou the care of these??? if they are harmful to anything?? and do they have any special requirements? How many ? and how long do they live?
