Chiller Help

I Just Ordered A Coral Life 1/10th Chiller For My 55. Does Anyone Have Experiance With This Chiller. Also I Got It Because My Tank Is At 81, 82 Degrees. I Live In South Florida And Its Cooler Now Than In The Summer So I Dont Even Want To Wait Till Summer To See Where It Goes Up To. Whats The Ideal Temp For A Reef. Any Help Would Be Great.

Most tank are kept from 76 - 80 degrees...I can't say I know much about the chiller but thinking ahead is always better than last minute.

Your temperature is okay, but on the high side of okay, so if you've tried the usual supplemental cooling tricks (fans across the surface, splashing in the sump, etc) then I'd say a chiller is the best bet.
The 1/10 should be fine for the couple degree pulldown you need.
