Chiller question

I got a proposal from a company that sets up reef tanks. After getting the price I plan to do it myself.
It is going to be an 180 reef. Anyway he said I need a chiller and it requires a seperate 20 Amp Breaker that need to be installed by an electrician. Does this seem right
He also recommened 3 metal halide pendants for lighting which also had to be installed by a professional electrician. Does this seem right?

the contractor is covering themselves by having a professional electrician install it. If you have any familiarity with electricity you can install a circuit yourself or at least check your wiring to see if you have a circuit that will handle all the electrical needs. For our 150 we installed 2 circuits, one to handle the lights & pumps and one for the chiller and heaters.
