Chip in tank

Does anybody think that a chip in the corner of my 55gal I bought used should be a concern, it doesn't look to serious.

How big is it?
Small chips are no big deal. I have a chip in my tank about 3/4 long but only 1/16 deep at it's deepest on one corner. No problems.

Fill it first outside if you are worried.

Its a 55 gal 48x12x20. What should I fill it with?

Well I don't know about that.

aquarium silicone would work I would think.. you might could get some into the crack, and on the outside. Since it's on the very top, there wouldn't be as much pressure on it as if it were in the middle or bottom. Do this BEFORE you take it inside so that when the crack sprays water all over, you don't make too big of a mess!
