choc chip starfish

what is a good food 4 a choc chip starfish or they just scavenge what ever that's lying around on the bottom.

I feed my choco a piece of scallop or clamp every week or 2. When it comes to the top of the glass and lets one leg float on the surface I hold the food there for it. In about 2 min. it will take the food. Don't make the piece too big though. I did it once. Kinda got carried away. You don't realize how big the piece is. Good luck

Most of the time I just let mine scavenge around but I will feed them a peice of the green seaweed selects occasionally. They seem to like that pretty well.

I suggest spot feeding it. A reminder: they are not reef safe, including snails.
