i dont have any live rock and i have some fake coral casts and a sinthetic anenome.
i was whanting one will he eat my 2 hermits my 2 mexican turbos or my emerald crab. oh, i also have a domino and a yellow-tail damsel

Sounds like you have a cool little tank there. I would hold off and get some live rock and let the tank get good and established. You really need some LR in there. I would save for about 15 lbs. then let the system build a good bacteria base. you could probably do a cleaner shrimp.

you can put a chocolate starfish in there no problem. As long as you have no coral thats the only thing you really need to worry about with a chocolate star. He will leave all of you crabs, and snails alone. Its a very hardy starfish. You'll like the addition.

Mine ate my Royal Gramma and a couple of snails. So far he has gone from being a $5.99 starfish to a $23.99 starfish.
