Are you talking about Scopas-like tang with a solid black color? Z. rostratum? There is no secret to keep it healthy. It has pretty much the same requirements as other typical members of the genus like yellow tang, purple tang.....Probably ample swimming space and diet rich in algae wouldn't hurt?
no I'm not talking about the scopas, there is a chocolate tang, i just bought one and will do some more ready, its the adult of the mimic tang, very pretty fish and I will keep everyone posted
Ah!...You meant orange-shouldered tang...I got confused because of different juvenile and adult colorations. I head they're one of the largest tangs typically avaiable for sale, which means lots of swimming room.
