chromis hiding

Today I bought 2 green chromis's I noticed this evening after I turned the lights off that they are now hiding is this normal? I don't want to ask a dumb question, But these are my first fish.

Fish generally hide when you first get them. It's completely normal, don't worry about it. Good Luck with these guys

when i had my chromis for a little while one would hide under a rock
