It is a cleaner clam I bought on SWF.COM.
My am=0
trite= 0
trate=somewhere between 3-5
PH = 8.2
Salt= 1.023
My scallop got eaten, but the clam just sits there, Im not sure what it actually is suppossed to do. I thought it would plant tisself somewhere, but it doesnt. i also am using that White Snow Plankton to feed. My anemone is thriving but wh knows about this clam? As for lighting, I have a 10 gallon tank with 2 of those Coral life- mini compact lights (one side is blue, the other white) its a 20 wat, but gives off 100 watts of light.

A Cleaner clam does not need a lot of light so you are ok there. Your parameters seem ok. Cleaner clams don't open wide. Somtimes only a little gap.

Most of mine (but not all) bury themselves. If the clam dies it will open up completely and your clean up crew will get it.
