The original could have been a great movie, the plot was cool but the actors they used didn't quite seal the deal IMHO. Remake should be great.

i'm a little worried about the 3d as well, but hopefully it is as good as Avatar...
Reef, the cast in the remake looks great! sam worthington is doing a great job getting great roles
