Thats sucks. Did ye email him to let him know? Did he insure it when he mailed it? Hopefully you tried to work it out with him before slamming him on here as he gave you such great feedback. Not sticking my nose in your business, just trying to find out the whole story.

No, actually Mega did not try to resolve things before slamming me here on this forum. I shipped him a perfectly good, working skimmer (no damage). I emailed him pictures of the skimmer 2 days before it shipped. There was no damage in the pictures (I was since blamed for Photoshopping pictures). I am meeting Mega on Friday to pay him $110 for his skimmer + $40 for the inconvienience and get the broken Remora back from him. The item was packed and shipped by the UPS store. I watched the lady package it, she was very thorough and careful. Mega just does not seem to understand that things can get broken in shipping. I am doing everything I can to resolve tyhe issue with him and he will have the money for his skimmer, plus an additional $40 for his trobles on Friday, but he insists on calling me a scammer. Cest la vie!

Also, the skimmer was insured when I shipped it. I have a 99% feedback rating on ----, I know how to ship things. The fact the skimmer got broken in transit is very unfortunate, but that is no excuse for Mega to instantly slam me online without trying to work things out.

Below are the pics of the same skimmer after it arrived via UPS at Mega's house.

Again, it was packaged and shipped via UPS. There's nothing more to say to Mega. I can only give him his money back when I see him on Friday and hope he understands this was an accident in transit, nothing more.

I got some very nice frags of zoanthids and I am really happy not only with color but the size of the frags. The package was done very nice. My only complaint has nothing to do with Bay but is in regards to the post office. They can't guarantee 1 day dilvery to my house so using the tracking number I intercepted the package to save about 8 hours. Anyway, the water was really cold that the frags were in but they started to open after being added to the tank with the lights still off. That tells me he sent some healthy frags. A++ service!!! Looking forward to doing business with him again!

I now have a few pieces of his coral in my tank. They arrived as promised and actually started opening during acclimation, and are happy and healthy in my tank. Would love some more of his coral.
